The head of Tuva Sholban Kara-ool announced the appointment of a new vice-premier of the government in the matters of development of informational communications. The adviser to the head of the region, editor-in-chief of IA “Tuvaonline” Dina Oyun will be appointed to this office; she will take up the task of realization of the program of adoption of “electronic government” in the republic, as well as of matters of development of informational politics. The head of the region Sholban Kara-ool emphasized that the task of developing an informational society, set by President of Russia, is becoming more relevant every day.
“”To establish “electronic government” in Tuva is not a simple task, - noted the Premier. - But we are obligated to realize this program and to secure easy access to information for our citizens; it is one of the most significant attributes of democratic development of the society.”

She is one of the founders, and Editor-in chief of the leading informational agency of the republic, “Tuvaonline”. she worked at the State television of Tuva. In 2002 and 2003, she participated in the work of European Commission of TV and Radio (Vienna, Austria). She is a Laureate of Union of Journalists of Russia contest “For Professional Excellence” (article “Notes from one press-conference”). she is the recipient of a special mention by the Jury of audiovisual cinema “Razenya-13” festival for the film “Uzelki” (Knots) (Italy, Sardinia), Grand-Prix of “Teleosen” contest (Krasnoyarsk) for a series of author programs “O…”; she was recognized as “Person of the Year in 1993, 1995 and 2003 by letters from readers of “Center of Asia” magazine; in 1997 and 1999 she was recognized as the best journalist of Tuva by public opinion poll. Since 2007, she has been working in the capacity of Adviser to the Chairman of the Government of Republic Tyva.
