New Issue of the Magazine

Dear friends! We congratulate you on the occasion of September 1 — Day of Knowledge and we would like to bring to your attention the latest issue of our magazine. Its size is more than 300 pages (13 author's sheets). As usual you can read and print articles separately and the whole issue as well, including in PDF. In this issue you can find an interview with the rector of Tyva State University Sergey Ondar, a review on the proceeding of an international scientific conference that was dedicated to 80^th anniversary of Tuvan written language and took place in Kyzyl in July 2010.
